      Casual environment , interesting work

      Cons

      Supervisors work on who you know not skills and customer feedback. Keep low performing employees due to relationships. Low performers are tolerated without any consequences.

      Since they've grown both organically and through acquisition; there are some executive management people that came to the company through acquisition that aren't well connected to the people that work beneath them in the structure
