Competitive pay, untapped commission, nice people, good work / life balance.

Cons

Outdated processes, you have to get lucky with your team you get put on. Also, no company phone or allowance for a phone. Being on the phone is the whole job, it’s ridiculous especially for a multi-billion dollar company.
