      Pros

      - Employees are hard working and care about the products - Work life balance is good, lots of opportunities to work at home - Management is trying to make it more fun

      Cons

      - Issues are swept under the rug instead of talked about. - Every year a new plan is created by "leadership" and presented, by July its long forgotten - Management isn't interested in different opinions and continuous improvement, status quo works best and gets you places. - Culture is deep rooted and managers are king - Employees really run the place, have the ear of VP with problems instead of some healthy confrontation - Leadership is made up of highest ranking employees, not the real thought leaders

      Pros

      Treat employees really well. Pretty stress free environment and great people.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for professional growth. Lacks communication between departments who could benefit from cross pollination. Not really groundbreaking work, behind the curve of technology. Maybe more bottom up development- improve the working environment layout to encourage sharing and communication.
