      Pros

      Good working environment. Most mangers are very people-oriented and treat employees with respect.

      Cons

      Salary structure too often tied to difficult goals. Some employees are given many assignments and have no problem making bonus, but others are not so lucky.

      Pros

      Tyler Technologies as a whole, is ok. They have alot of turnover.

      Cons

      Stay away from the Appraisal & Tax Division in Plano Texas. The first line manager has no management skills and has a very Cold-Bladed personality.. which filters to a couple of his staff as well. If you have no personality and are mindless in your attitude and work ethic, by all means - go for it.
