Pros

Excellent company and office culture. Well respected and taken care of as an employee. Money definitely invested in office space and equipment to perform duties well. Leader in market and very stable and promising outlook for company

Cons

Some newer software products still going through growing pains and sometimes not staffed enough to keep up with the quick growth(growth very fast which is a good thing). Communication between software products and departments could be improved for a more unified client experience
