Pros

Competitive pay (stagnant raises) Good benefits Company car Freedom to manage your team with the tools available

Cons

Due to the Heinz/Kraft merger, they are dying to show profitable numbers to their investors. Hence, terminating employees during 4th quarter for cost savings and partnering with another company to take over jobs of those who were let go. They will lie and say you quit your job to deny unemployment benefits.
