One metric to judge all - billable hour

Pros

They will assign you cases well above your experience level and you will be alone working on it.

Cons

They only care about your billable hour and track you everyday, week and month. Calling it an annual requirement is not true. If you fall behind, they turn you into an hourly attorney. They want people to have no life outside of work. Turn over is constant. Their statements on social media are for show. Bagels with Bob. Ask Bob the last time he tried a case or took a deposition.

I was just a number. I kept telling my boss that I needed work, and she just said sir and wait. Then, I was held at fault for not billing enough, and HR kept cancelling meetings with me. So, they put me on an HR action plan, and they would not even talk to me about it.

None whatsoever, I am done with this job.

Cons

Pay is very very very low. Instead of raising the pay they want to give “perks” which are just discounts for infomercial junk and complain about low retention rates. It’s obvious pay and the company culture is the issue. What’s more disgusting is they are constantly asking for donations and sending “have gratitude” emails, like “be grateful you still have a job” yikes. This company needs to get with the times.
