Pros

Tyson Mendes offers a high level of support to its attorneys. Abundant and interesting CLEs, lots of training, and best of all a well-defined litigation strategy to counter plaintiff's tactics. Additionally, benefits are better than I have had at prior firms.

Cons

It is still insurance defense.

Pros

Civil litigation is a challenging field. Unlike most litigation firms, Tyson & Mendes offers formal training to help you. They have a positive culture aimed at supporting its lawyers and staff. The firm is always growing. This creates a lot of opportunity for advancement. Folks who perform well are rewarded. This is a great place to work!

Cons

Civil litigation is challenging. Opposing counsel can be difficult, but you get support from T&M when dealing with the other side.
