Pros

Good place to learn for entry level developer. Good work life balance and work from home option. If you are lucky then you can make some friends here.

Cons

Worst pay scale. No stock options. No annual bonus or performance review. They don't care about their developer. They hire you and forget about you. If you start at very low pay then forget they will ever increase your pay. Best advice is learn as much as you can and get the heck out of here.

Pros

*Can choose what weekend day I want off *Flexible schedule *work from home

Cons

*The training was not what I thought. there was a lot of information just throwed out there and they expect for us to remember it. I had 2 different trainers. First week was ok but when I got to week 2 things that was told to me on week 1 was not true. My week trainer was really unable to answer our questions leaving us in the wind about some things. There are scripts when making your reservations as long as you stick to the script you are fine. The work is not hard and also, Its not hard to meet the sales goals. I have only been employed for a few weeks now and it is ok so far but do not expect to be here long. REALLY NO BENEFITS OR PTO available for the part timers.

Overly Strict

Pros

You are able to work from home, but only if you work for the call center

Cons

They are overly strict on everything. From your time clock, how to enter information into the system, nit pick the way that you talk, and do not protect you from customer that are either rude, yelling, obscene, vulgar, and use of massive profanity. Plus if your missing hours, that may or may not be added to your next paycheck.
