Pros

The shop itself is okay. They don't micromanage often unless you aren't doing your job. Its a good place to start if you're looking into being a mechanic in the future, but I wouldn't stay long term.

Cons

My area of work in particular is always doing other peoples jobs, you rarely ever get any down time. Really low pay for the work load you are expected to churn out. The benefits are a mixed bag. The health insurance is pretty mediocre, but its essentially free through the company. They don't do 401k matching.
