Pros

Work at home is idea for me because I am disabled. Not having to commute.

Cons

The training is very inadequate. The first two weeks were learning so much of the systems and software my head was spinning. Mine you I am no dummy, I was Supervisor then Assistant manager at the Transit center here before being declared disabled. The second week we went over things, then the fourth day in the second week, they throw us on a call, the next day we had to take calls, with that one day of taking calls. I could not get anyone on the im or chat to help me when I was stuck, then on today I get an email talking about what I did wrong. There system was so slow, you had to click one click at a time or the page was jump up, down, in the middle them you had to click one click at a time to get to where you needed to. Everyday in training there were system problems. I could go on. I did all of the training except this last week that is taking calls, and I resigned today. I can not work under those conditions, inadequate training and a poor system.
