Pros

Great direct manager and team members

Cons

Horrible senior leadership with no inspiring vision, that also does not pay attention to employees’ worries and concerns No growth if you’re in a smaller hub or not near a hub/ remote Sterile hotel-like work environment (have to reserve your seat everyday, not allowed personal items, don’t even get your own trash can) No loyalty to employees (looking to outsource more and more as their main strategy ) Constant layoffs RTO policy implemented with a one size fits all approach even if you were hired remote over a decade ago and have no fellow team members in the same location

Pros

Good Bank, lots of good people to work with, and you can generally rely on Senior Management

Cons

The return to office initiative was a disaster, typical corporate world where you have to find the 1 person who can help to get anything done. A lot of empty suits in certain departments.
