Pros

Generous Holiday and PTO. Work life balance can be reasonable depending on manager. Pension and 401k. Things were good under Andy Cecere

Cons

After Andy Cecere left things turned dark very quickly. New management has relentlessly unattainable goals that are pushed with an iron fist. They use this structure to give bad reviews and eliminate roles. They want to move U.S. jobs to India. I give three stars because it was a good place to work for many years. Question: Is this still an American company?

Pros

Lots of freedom meeting with clients and traveling.

Cons

The most aggressive sales culture I’ve ever witnessed. They will let you go if you don’t meet quotas within a quarter. Very unrealistic and not worth the headache. RM’s and employees in general there are incompetent, it was actually insane, the reason for that is the high turnover they have so only the Incompetent stay there.
