Pros

Senior management is finally giving Commerical and Corporate Banking the green light to start doing bigger deals. A new leadership team in Credit Administration has done wonders. Finally, we can do deals that make sense.

Cons

The pay is absolutely pathetic, and promotions just don't happen. Unless you come from outside the bank, you're considered a booger eater, but if you have JPM, WFC, or BAC, on your resume, then this is the place to work. Name your price, and they will pay it. Just make sure you have those banks on your resume or you will be considered an imbecile.

Pros

strong standing bank, solid organziation, no mass layoffs,

Cons

The company is cheap. If the pay was a little better, they would be able to hire more qualified individuals to run their branches. In branch management clearly does not have the knowledge or skills to run a branch.
