Pros

Laid back life when working as a software developer A good place to be if you wish to retire with the bank.

Cons

Salaries lean towards the lower end of market range. A good place to be if you wish to retire with the bank. - Meaning, not enough advancement/mobility within your job.

Pros

Many resources are readily available to utilize. Team ethic is often emphasized and reflected. There are many training resources available.

Cons

Poor compensation and benefits. The equipment, materials, and software are outdated. Advancement is limited. Bonuses are reflective of the entire branch loyalty as opposed to individual scores.
