The peers I worked with were great people and werer pleasant to work with. Lots of very smart people doing good work.

Cons

My particular instance of management was completely inept, and appeared to be focused solely on driving talent out of the company.

great pay, they take good care of you commision pay is very good, very flexible they work with you for example i was moving to diff city and they made my transfer a walk in the park found a branch and set everything up. cant think of anything else to say

Cons

working for any company you will get a bad supervisor/ mang. but fot the most part it was a pretty good exp. Customers, you are expected to always brown nose and sell... sir/ma'am doest matter if they are 16 or 61 both need same level of service. blah blah blah
