      An interesting experience, to say the least

      Pros

      One of the leaders in the industry. Good sound foundation. Profitable.

      Cons

      Benefits offered to employees are by far the worst. Not only are they expensive, they cover next to nothing. Difficult for someone supporting a family. Technology needs to be drastically improved in in some areas in order for it to remain competitive in the marketplace. Bank is still too much in the middle ages, when it comes to technology.

      Relatively relaxed working environment and considerate. a lot of chance to learn new stuff

      Cons

      promotion only good to those who are close to the upper management not based on job performance or your ability. Most of people who understand business and did the most of jobs left.

      Technology still trails our peers. FAs end up doing too much paperwork and not enough time in front of clients.
