Pros

The company has been profitable in difficult times when its competition is struggling. It has a history of being adverse to lay offs.

Cons

Extremely conservative company with out dated technology platforms. Workplace environment poorly maintained. Health care benefits are primarily paid by the employee with very high costs and low level of coverage.

Pros

Advancement potential and salary ranges exceed expectations. My position was treated well by Executive Management. Felt like I was "seen and heard".

Cons

Credit culture was weighted toward internal political climate rather then Loan Policy; Executive Management's attitude toward non-officer positions was largely condensending.

Pros

As a teller, you get to leave your work at the office so work/life balance is great. They do offer some tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Boring work, no chance for advancement. It's a thankless job. Customers yell at you because they're overdrawn. Management doesn't back you up. The expect you to make credit card sales to the customers...(the overdrawn ones...uh I had ethical issues with this) No professional development given.
