      Pros

      I was brought in as a temp and then hired on as an actual employee after a month and I haven't been there very long yet but the people seem friendly and my manager is helpful.

      Cons

      I don't really like their benefits package. The deductibles are high and you still pay a lot per paycheck for them.

      Pros

      Mostly good people to work with. Potential to bonus. Training program is good. Small company feel for the most part.

      Cons

      The areas in which a person excels are not necessarily measurable by upper management. The amount of work it takes to earn a decent bonus is excessive.

      Pros

      Many resources are readily available to utilize. Team ethic is often emphasized and reflected. There are many training resources available.

      Cons

      Poor compensation and benefits. The equipment, materials, and software are outdated. Advancement is limited. Bonuses are reflective of the entire branch loyalty as opposed to individual scores.
