      Pros

      Good overall benefits package that includes PTO, Sick time, 11 paid holidays and a "My holiday".

      Cons

      The company constantly completes reorganizations and had 12 different managers in 12 years. Used to be remote friendly, but has begun eliminating remote roles and posting new jobs in hubs only, where you have to be hybrid, so if you are lucky enough to still have your remote job, you are not eligible for promotions. Also have a lot of terrible managers that do not take the time to know what their team does, and therefore do not recognize the value they bring to the team.
