Pros

Strong company culture, mission-oriented, tightly-knit

Cons

Employees often get promoted due to office politics rather than merit. Law enforcement formalities are too excessive at times.

Pros

Earn enough money to take care of your family, receive enough benefits to motivate long term commitment and save on insurance. Serve your country, work outside, enjoy relative degree of freedom if not performing indoor work.

Cons

If you do a good job at a certain detail, your reward is to get kicked off said detail. It is difficult to change locations and schedules.
