Pros

Get decent pay and meet a FEW honorable people

Cons

To much favortism. Standards for hiring have gone way down. Professional Behavior is only in theory. Many new hires are not there to work but for socializing and Management will do nothing about it

Good salary for job performed. A lot of availability for promotion and movement to other locations. Able to work overseas.

Cons

If you don't like to work overtime not the place for you. Schedule is different from one location to the next.
