Pros

Good pay, overtime if wanted,

Cons

Long hours- management plays favoritism or seniority rather than hard work. You work mission critical to the CBP officers however you are not treated the same-they have more career opportunities more opportunities for overseas , more overtime, better Retirement Benefits, etc when requesting training, it is often ignored or overlooked. Management makes decisions without asking any input. THE LOCAL UNION IS LIMITED , and unfortunately use it to their own advantage with management
