Pros

It pays well and you’re guaranteed 6 figures after a couple of years. It can be an amazing job but also can suck depending on which station you get. A station in one area may give an entirely different experience from another.

Cons

Morale and motivation. In CA, the job is not taken seriously by anyone.

Pros

Great management. Weekends off, depending the area you work in. You get treated like an adult. No micro managing. No bids for annual leave. Overall, it’s a peaceful environment

Cons

I know it’s hard b to believe but… There aren’t any
