Pros

Very diverse work force and the pay is excellent. Room for growth when you put in the hours and you will eventually get oportunities to pick different roles and positions throughout your career. The training at the OFO academy and the experience you receive in the field are both very valuable to other law enforcement agencies in case your not satisfied.

Cons

Challenging in the beginning...Rough scheduel...
