Pros

If you love overtime, and hate your health (mental & physical), this is the job for you.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and do something else, really, anything else. Even if you manage to swing some sweet retirement port where you think you can do a fastidious job it doesn't matter. Regardless of the port you will subject to a union that only cares about the F ups, uncontrollable waste and misappropriation of overtime (use or lose budget), and general disdain for your or your other co-workers mental health and well-being. Lost multiple friends and co-workers to suicide. Seriously, avoid this if you care about yourself.
