      Pros

      There are many great people across the organization that are a pleasure to work with. There is a lot of work to do. Some people may think this is a negative, but being able to be so involved and have many responsibilities has been a great learning experience. The benefits to employees are very good.

      Cons

      CSS essentially has one major product/application which it supports. If one is looking for a broad exposure to many different types of technologies they will not find that here.
