Benefits, Pay, Opportunities for advancement, professional but fun atmosphere, Our customers, The company vision and beliefs of the President/Owner. Company car, cell phone, gas card... too many to name
Cons
I really can't think of any. The other reviews sound like they are from disgruntled ex employees that didn't really want an opportunity.
President frequently gives incentives and bonuses above and beyond the job. Very focused on providing the services promised.
Cons
6 day work week for everyone outside of the office. LOTS of yelling and profanity, especially when the retired owner comes in. Not knowing what attitude you will get when there can be nerve-wracking. Will you be yelled at in front of others? Will it be sunshine and roses? Will you be blamed for whatever went wrong that day?
Company vehicle to take home. Thats pretty much it.
Cons
No work/life balance whatsoever. You will get 1 day off a week if you are lucky. Extremely high pressure. No respect for employees. You will get cussed and screamed at for everything. Business practices and high pressure sales tactics are unethical. The owners daughter now runs the company and she has no clue what she is doing. She is very immature. Its like working for a teenager.
