Terrible management, horrendously low raises, no merit raises, no raises until the 1-2% cost of living raise which they use as a means to review your work and progress as an employee. Lack of man power and lack of over time with overwhelming job load. Terrible leadership who sits up in the office, I guess ordering items from vendors such as uline and grainger takes a whole shift every day. Firing someone who got hurt on the job but keeping individuals who got hurt off the job. No safety incentive, no plans on upgrading the aging equipment. This is just listing a few.

Health and safety concerns. Environmental concerns. The amount of hours worked and no days to few days off. No employee stock options for hourly or non hourly.
