      Insurance Benefits People at branch level are great Variety of work duties

      Micro managing is insane - upper management on the fabrication side will lie to you while looking you straight in the eye. Very erratic, volatile, and unprofessional upper management. Do not reward hard workers and let slackers be slack. I do not suggest anyone work for this company at this time. At one time much better place to work however it is a company gone bad. Raises are a joke 1-3% across board no matter what level worker you are - great or bad!
