      Pros

      Good pay for the area, but you earn the money you make. Lots of overtime pay. Good insurance at a reasonable cost.

      Cons

      The overtime pay is good, but the hours are not usually optional. You are told you will be working, usually 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day, except during the shutdown periods when you have to apply for unemployment.

      Pros

      Money to be made if your willing to work a lot of overtime

      Cons

      Long hours to much mandatory overtime underpaid and they don't care about the workers will even fire them if the fault is theirs

      Pros

      Great place to work. Local management cares about the employees and tries to do what they can to help you succeed. Lot's of hours if you like the money. Hard work, but again lots of hours. Good safety program.

      Cons

      HR is a revolving door so it's tough to find someone who can get you what you need, but they always try. Some of the long term employees have a union entitlement attitude.
