      Pros

      This company is amazing. They sincerely care about their employees, both personally and professionally. U.S. Venture really focuses on professional development and really encourages their employees to think outside the box and find new, inventive ways to do business more efficiently. I've been with the team for just over 6 months and really feel valued and welcomed. I am so glad I joined my team.

      Cons

      Truly, no cons. Our days are busy and sometimes there is just not enough hours in the day, but the workload is manageable and the environment is collaborative. I feel the work is challenging, but in a way where it feels very fulfilling.
