      Culture is King

      Pros

      Management does an excellent job of modeling the behavior that they want to see in the company and hiring people who do the same.

      Cons

      In some divisions there is a strong focus on daily business results, which sometimes makes it hard to think strategically or long term. It's a trap that one can fall into and you have to fight it.

      Cons

      Can only carry over 1 weeks vacation. Otherwise great benefits.

      Great culture, great place to work

      - Charitable giving & community involvement, - Strong divisional and corporate leadership - Above market offerings with compensation & associate benefits

      Cons

      For the most part, each division is treated as it's own entity. Not a lot of shared resources between divisions. As a result there is very little commonality between companies, creating duplication.
