      Great Place to work!

      Pros

      I have worked in several call center and this is by far the best one I have ever worked for. They are fair and try and meet all your needs for you being able to attend family things during business hours. Last week I was able to leave for 90 minutes to attend one of my children school activities. Hours are not bad. Typically work about 4-5 hours every 3rd to 4th Saturday. Last job was every other. Managers & supervisors are fair and good to work for. I have been here a couple years now and really do not see myself leaving.

      Cons

      This is a busy call center compared to other I have worked in. But that's ok as I'm getting paid well and I should be busy at work. There is a lot to learn, but they have a good training program. Maybe give some additional break time?

      Growing very quickly which can create a lot of additional opportunities. Live by values especially caring about the employees.

      Literally the best company that I could have ever applied to

      Pros

      I am NE Wisconsin born and raised; and US Venture reflects the values that I hold dear: conscientiousness, fairness, and honesty. John Schmidt, our CEO, is a good hard working man; and the culture at our company clearly begins with him. Ours is one of the few companies I know of where your hard work is always paired with more responsibility and higher pay. I have friends who work in the trades and in offices and I know I am being treated better than all of them. Not to mention the extent to which I am ensuring my success in the future by working here.
