      Where do I begin !! Lack of respect from management , inflexible work schedule, you get write ups for taking time off such as your vacation time which they don't like to honor , upper management is totally clueless as to what is going on in their own company.

      This place sucks

      Good bennifits and they buy you lunch when it gets busy

      Cons

      Mangment only looks out for them shelves... Their is definitely a good Ole boys club here and it dont look like it will change... Not to mention that they were ok with hr sleeping with employees and only started to play dumb when corporate got envolved

      Great Company

      Pros

      I've worked for US AutoForce for many years now. This is by far the best company I've worked for. The management really cares for their employees and there are many opportunities to grow within. The hours are flexible, the atmosphere is fun and the people are great.

      Cons

      The operating system is old but there is a plan to upgrade soon.
