Thanks for the review! We get excited about what young people have to offer, and we encourage our interns to contribute their talents, ideas and passions to our workplace. Investing in the younger workforce by helping them develop professionally is a priority to us. We’re grateful to our seasoned team members for making time to coach and mentor them on setting and reaching goals. Thanks for your contributions to the company! We wish you all the best in your education and beyond.

Pros

Great upper management Great Work/Life balance - you set your own schedule Great Coworkers - the guys with experience are willing to help the new guys with anything Good pay Trips - Quite a few opportunities to take trips with company or through manufactuers Good customers - Most dealers are willing to work with you and help you out when needed Good training - You get enough training material to be successful as well as different department are willing and happy to help with product training and materials Products - A lot of products to offer dealers

Cons

A lot of products to try and sell to customers which can be overwhelming at times with dealers and learning the products. A lot of windshield time - if you don't like driving a lot then this is not the job for you. Depending on manager training could be sink or swim mentality. Managers can and will play favorites.

Thanks for taking time to submit a review! You hit on all the things we are proud to offer our team members, but we can’t take all the credit. It’s because of our workforce and the attention they place on our value of caring relationships that we are able to foster a culture that is inclusive, empowering and, maybe most importantly, fun! Likewise, our comprehensive (and competitive) benefits exist because of the hard work and success of our team members. You raise some good points in the “cons” section – they’re things we are working hard to improve, particularly manager training. It’s essential that our team members learn the ropes (and stick to it) at a steady pace, which builds trust and confidence. We appreciate your points of advice, as well. Communication and transparency is the key to success, and we’re close to rolling out some new tools and platforms to keep team members better connected! We’re glad you had an experience you could “write home about”… we wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
