Thanks for taking time to submit a review! You hit on all the things we are proud to offer our team members, but we can’t take all the credit. It’s because of our workforce and the attention they place on our value of caring relationships that we are able to foster a culture that is inclusive, empowering and, maybe most importantly, fun! Likewise, our comprehensive (and competitive) benefits exist because of the hard work and success of our team members. You raise some good points in the “cons” section – they’re things we are working hard to improve, particularly manager training. It’s essential that our team members learn the ropes (and stick to it) at a steady pace, which builds trust and confidence. We appreciate your points of advice, as well. Communication and transparency is the key to success, and we’re close to rolling out some new tools and platforms to keep team members better connected!
