      Pros

      -You are often left alone to work at your own pace, without micromanagement. -Quite easy to pick up and learn quickly -Driving a forklift and order picker is fun to most people -Very nice benefits and vacation time.

      Cons

      -Shockingly low pay for forklift operators (13$ an hour starting is low compared to most others) -A lot of physical labor on top of operating equipment -Incredibly hot in the warehouse during the summer.

      Pros

      Lots of hands on experience. Pays very well for company their size.

      Cons

      They are very cheap when it comes to upgrading IT hardware/software/support. No Work/Life Balance A bunch of immature people that management does not handle properly.

      the hours were good, pay was pretty good seeing as you were almost guaranteed 50+ hrs a week.

      Cons

      old dispatcher was overwhelmed at times and kinda made the job harder than it needed to be
