      Pros

      There is a good atmosphere within Operations at least, I can't vouch for FO. There is a big emphasis on project work and enhancing process as well as Run the bank type stuff. If you work hard it seems to get noticed.

      Cons

      Some of the people are not necessarily welcoming to change and are quite happy to turn up to work, do their job and go home.

      Pros

      Pros: Reputable employer, great atmosphere, excellent benefits package, very friendly and open working environment, generally I would recommend it as it is one of the best employers in Krakow.

      Cons

      Whether opportunities for growth are real here, it is still debatable. Work may be repetitive as it is outsourcing business.

      Good place to get experience

      Pros

      Understood the operations of the complex. Also we can get great experience by working and communicate with many financial advisors.

      Cons

      Nothing much to do! I was assigned to do ordinary office chores and didn't get to learn specific skills. Doing repetitive work everyday is so insipid.
