Cons
No major equity increases, only through promotions or restructuring which rarely ever happens. Don’t promote from within, hire from outside organization. Management doesn’t have your back, they only watch out for themselves. Don’t promote mental well-being or work-life balance. If you report something to management or HR, they don’t do anything.
