UC Riverside reviews

Most people in charge have been there more than 10 years and are resistant to change and are very clicky. They treat every new person bad, withhold information and training from them in hopes of becoming indispensable. Lots of people over 50 are scared to be discarded so they don't want to pass on knowledge, refuse to write it down etc. It was a nightmare working with the Asset team. The head manager has no control and is hated by all the people under her, they constantly gossip about each other and the manager.

Only downside I can think of is most departments are small and definitely need to expand, was overworked a bit since I worked in mostly small departments but never had any major incidents where it didn't work out.
