Pros

Cheap health insurance, good supervisors

Cons

Parking is horrific and expensive, employees do not answer emails or phone calls, staff has zero motivation to get things done on time, advancement is almost impossible without going to grad school

Pros

Flexible schedule and nice coworkers

Cons

I felt as though some of the management tends to exploit the part time student workers expecting and pressuring them to work more shifts even if the shift interferes with class.

Pros

Friendly people. Pleasant campus.

Cons

Very bureaucratic. Departments are siloed from one another, making it difficult to plan and organize. Many employees across campus are overworked (and some, I fear, lazy), which also contributes to an unreasonable length of time in getting things accomplished interdepartmentally.
