Pros

great staff, flexible hours Good place to look and start an on-campus job. Easy to communicate to everyone and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Working with students day-to-day can be a con for some people. Depending on the time of the year, it is very common to be very crowded and required to move around constantly.
