Pros

The faculty are very encouraging and helpful, and exceptionally talented. The atmosphere is very conducive to studying. We are mostly looked after well enough.

Cons

There is not much to do around in the area, and the weather sometimes can be bad. The prestige of the campus is not the best. Funding for a small University like this can sometimes be hard.

Pros

will earn money for your study during your phd or ms study. If in CS, your life will be great and all professors are nice.

Cons

CS is a small department in Riverside, so you may not work in the area you are really interested in.
