Low Pay, Oversight from upper management.

The pay isn't great, but that's expected for grad school. Very little instruction with respect to your teaching duties as a TA, which means the undergrads get varying quality instruction.

NOT ALL POSITIONS ARE UNION REPRESENTED. Those that are not represented have lower pay, more expensive premiums, no annual or COL raises, and no protections. Avoid the non-represented positions.
