Pros

Surrounded by such a great environment. Management is wonderful and the team is awesome! You can always find support when you ask. If you're willing to learn, they're willing to teach. Being here is probably the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

Specifically for my dept, I wish overtime wasn't so strict and I wish we had paid holidays. Everything is placed into one bucket and you have to use PTO for holidays you don't work. Also, parking isn't so great here.
