Pros

1) Takes good care of patients 2) Good communication from the immediate team 3) Good benefits and job security due to the Union

Cons

1) Very poorly managed. Will take on more and more studies without proper staffing. 2) Pay is not great. Can barely afford a single room down the street from the clinic. 3) Concerns go unnoticed and unaddressed. Silence is rewarded over bringing attention to issues.
