      Pros

      Good benefits package with health/vision/dental/disability. Strong pension (for now). Great trainees. Young vibe given adjacent university campus.

      Cons

      Pension poorly funded, may not be available within 5-10 years with restructuring from office of the president. Extremely fragmented leadership with flight of competent senior staffers to better operationalized institutions. Very high proportion of internal hires for senior roles, reflecting a failure to recruit from the outside.

      Pros

      UCLA Health is a generally respected and well known organization within the healthcare environment. It is growing rapidly and shows that it performs well with regard to state care and experience ratings.

      Cons

      I experienced a hostile work environment within the Faculty Practice Group. I was constantly bullied and coerced by my supervisor. After numerous complaints from multiple employees, my supervisor was 'no longer with the organization'. No explanation was given, and no further investigation into the complaints was communicated to those affected by this.

      Treat their employees terrible! They claim to be patient centered, yet we aren't allowed to converse with them!!!
