      Benefits- no traveling,not much to see cons re more than benefits

      Cons

      The workplace appears to be plagued by favoritism, where certain employees receive preferential treatment. This biases the opportunities for growth, as those in managerial positions are more concerned with preserving their egos than fostering a fair and productive work environment. Taking time off is severely restricted .This seems to create a toxic work environment.

      -Not too much weekend work

      Cons

      -Director was never on site and never visited the work space she was directing. -Management just says yes without forthought on how it impacts production. -Non Existent HR - Subtract a lot of money from their salary offer from union dues/parking fees/transportation costs/Pension Plan -Pension doesn't kick in until 5 years. -No bonuses or incentives to good workers. -No encouragement of teamwork. -Workers try to get out of as much work as possible. -No focus on quality when manufacturing Drug Product.
