Pros

Float to different clinics , meet new co-workers. Competitive pay.

Cons

You may float far away from Home. May travel up to 60 miles from your home. Managers do not care about you, you can be easily replace and they tell you that. If you apply to their “internal” jobs, they waste your time at an interview. They only hire people that kiss up not work hard. It is 100% who you know not how much experience you have. They hire friends that have less than 3 years of experience. They will not hire you if you have 8 + experience of experience. Manager talk about themselves in interviews and are very unprofessional. Every MA/LVN/RN have long nails and color hair like green, purple, hot pink. This company is like every other company, nothing special just competitive pay.
