Pros

Had many great experiences but bad outweighed the good. Offered a good benefit package

Cons

Too many people are related or have external relationships that influence hiring and promotion. Had a physician tell me to be more politically correct and if I complained to management everyone would know because it is like H.S. When I complained to HR and my senior leader it made it even worse. I quit the position.

Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits, employee perks.

Cons

Imagine it varies from department to department, but where I was management was poor, lots of favoritism. Alot of times I was seemingly on call when that wasn't in the contract and threatened if could not come in and was stuck working extended shifts if coverage was not found. All around low morale.
